CMES and MVESD would like to give a shout out to WalMart of Fort Mohave for your assistance with our kids. The backpacks will go a long way to helping students with transporting work and information from school to home. In addition, the support you have given to help us purchase playground equipment is much appreciated. The new balls and gear will provide students with more choice activities during their play time. Thank you for everything you have done.

We've just received word that Route C (the area near Camp Mohave Elementary) has broken down. Another bus is being sent to retrieve those students, but both the elementary and JH route C will be late today. More information will be shared as it becomes available.

CMES would like to thank Valley View for taking the time to visit our fifth grade class on Monday. After studying the human body, the visit gave the students the real life application of the knowledge. During the presentation, students looked at x-rays, learned about the skeletal system, and even got a demonstration on basic treatments. Thank you again Valley View Medical Center.

Parents, guardians, and families, Please note that Camp Mohave received an unconfirmed report that there was a person attempting to pick students up in his vehicle. While we cannot confirm that this occurred, we have talked to the sheriff's department and they are aware of the report given to us. In addition, we would like to remind parents to talk to their kids about strangers and what to do if they are approached by one.
