Camp Mohave Student Council is hosting a fundraiser to raise money for ROCK Prizes, Assemblies, Playground Equipment, and other projects that they would like to fund. To raise the funds, students are being asked to sell bags of Popcornopolis popcorn. There are several flavors to choose from. Students will collect preorders and collect the money prior to delivery of the popcorn. The orders and money are due to the school by Monday October 28. The flyer states 10/25, but there was a delay in the delivery of the order forms and flyers. So, we will accept the money on that next Monday as well. Other questions will be answered on the flyer. If you have other questions and/or concerns, please feel free to contact student council sponsor Ms. Corum at Corumb@mvdistrict.net or Mr. Cottrell at cottrellr@mvdistrict.net.

WANTED: Student-sized college shirts. If you have access to some or would like to donate, please contact your child's school or the district office at 928 768-2507.
MVJHS Parents: Please make sure you review Your child’s Quarter 1 report card and the important announcement on the back. Thank you for your support! Go Bulldogs!
Thank you to Mrs Rosenberger and 7th grade StuCo for a fun Spirit Week!

Thank you to @mohavecc for your visit with out kids today. It was an amazing kick off to our partnership. The kids were excited to learn about college and Boomer was amazing. Thank you again for helping to promote a college and career culture at Camp Mohave.

The tunnel of hope is in full swing at Fort Mojave Elementary School! 🌪

As a reminder! In recognition of our EOQ Awards, FME students are permitted to dress up for $1. We know there are lots of photographic moments on days like this! (Kona Ice will be here as well!)
Who says eating healthy doesn’t make you smile? Not the dust devils!

Just a little painting station in Fort Mojave's preschool room to get through this Monday with flying colors!

Thank you to the students who participated in our College Pride day today. It was fun to see the excitement in the students faces as they told about the school they were representing. The last school Friday of each month will be a College Pride day where students can wear a shirt that represents a college of their choice. So, if your child was unable to participate today, he/she will have plenty more opportunities before the end of the year.

When it rains, it poors, Literally! Phone service has been temporarily restored to MVJH, but they only have one line at this time, so leave a message and they will get back to you ASAP. The district office phone line is now down; please use email to reach us: info@mvdistrict.net.
Here are our college shirt-wearing students today at FME! Remember, students may wear any college shirt to school on the LAST Thursday of every month, and don’t worry, reminders will be sent home 🙂.

FMES’s Kindergarten students hosted visitors from many community workers. They included law enforcement, fire department, farmers, and medical professionals. Many thanks to everyone that spent time with us! So much was learned 💡

CMES would like to give a huge shout out to FuelUpToPlay60. In the Spring, CMES applied for a flag football kit from Fuel Up To Play 60. CMES was selected to receive the kit. Today, it was delivered. The kit contained 10 footballs, 50 flag belts, kicking tees, curriculum, and certificates. These items will be used at recess and other times to engage the students in active play that includes flag football.

MVJHS A Football Team Parents: Students will be dropped off after the game at the MVESD main office in order to avoid the continued road closure and minimize dangerous night driving on unpaved roads. District office address is 8450 Olive Ave, Mohave Valley 86440. Please call the school office if you have further questions at 768-9196.
We just want to thank parents and staff, including our wonderful bus drivers, junior high staff, and school and district office staff who all stayed late last night making sure kids were safe and taken care of. #YouGuysROCK! Parents, thanks for being so patient and understanding as well: This was the perfect example of why we need you to keep your info current, as numerous text messages were sent to all our JH parents throughout the afternoon and evening with updates, as well as being posted on the district's app, Facebook, and Twitter pages. Don't have the app? Download it TODAY (it's supposed to rain again tomorrow :-)
The main phone line is still down at the junior high: While we're working to hurry along the phone company, in the meantime you can dial 768-1254 or 768-1252, and when the auto attendant answers, punch in extension 3001, which will get you to the secretary.
Schools are open today! The buses will be using Ashley Street to get to the Jr. High, which runs from the end of Joy Lane south along the power lines to Boundary Cone. It’s a maintained dirt road that was quite passable in the school’s Focus.
CMES and FMES would like to let parents know that due to road closures and damage, buses are working to find a way to each stop. At this time, we are not sure if the routes will be able to complete each stop or if they will be on time. If the bus does not arrive, please contact your child's school for more information.
Tonight's Governing Board meeting has been cancelled. Rather than meet, the board will attend the Arizona School Board Association's Mohave County meeting. See the district's Events page for more information.
