\r\nWhile school meals may look different right now, what hasn't changed is our priorities. You can trust Mohave Valley District in conjunction with Chartwells to provide nutritious, kid-approved food that your student loves to eat. We look forward to seeing you Monday, April 19th for your first Spring Break meal kit. Kits include breakfast and lunch. You will choose which kit you would like for your child. For multiple children, continue filling in the boxes. If you have more children than shown below, please call 928-219-3120.
\r\nPlease register for both weeks using the questionnaire below.
\r\nKits include 7 days worth of your choice of:
\r\nMexican Food Kit: Make your own tacos and burritos with all of the fixings!
\r\nItalian Food Kit: Pasta Mia! Two kinds of pasta, sauces, meats, cheeses, and veggies make your perfect dish!
\r\nAmerican Food Kit: Hamburgers and Hot Dogs with all of the trimmings!
\r\nDetails: Pick up between 10a-12p on Monday, April 19th, and again on Monday, April 26th at Camp Mojave Elementary, 1797 E. La Entrada, Fort Mohave, 86426
\r\nNOTE: Parents must bring qualified children 18 years or younger to the pickup on Monday, April 19th. Parents will be provided a voucher they can bring to the second pickup on Monday, April 26th which qualified children do not have to be present to receive meals.
