Live public participation during the telephonic Board meeting will be unavailable.  The 'Call To The Public' agenda item for public comment may be submitted via email to fernandezs@mvdistrict.net no later than Tuesday (12/8), prior to the monthly meeting, by noon.  Submissions will be read to the Board during the 'Call To The Public' by the Board Secretary (limited to three minutes when read).
