Francesca Agnelli is in her sixth year with the Mohave Valley Elementary School District. Before to joining the MVESD staff, Ms. Agnelli was a teacher in a neighboring district. Prior to that she enjoyed a successful career as an art director for over 20 years. Additionally, she was also a singer in various bands that played rock, blues, and country music.
Originally from the New York and New Jersey areas, Francesca went to school at the University of Maryland for her AA. From there, she went on to get both her BA and her M. Ed at St. Peter's University. She says that she loves having transitioned from art and music to education. Her validation and proudest moment with teaching happened at a Starbucks. While there, she ran into some former students who stated that 'she was the reason they loved to learn.' They went on to explain that her "world view" allowed the students to see the bigger picture.
