Do you have or know of a child who will turn five by August 31, 2020? Now is the time to participate in Fort Mojave Elementary’s Kindergarten Rally!
\r\nDue to current COVID19 restrictions, this year’s rally will be done virtually. \r\n
\r\nStart by downloading, printing, and completing the Kindergarten Registration packet, by found HERE. Packets can also be picked up at any school site in the Homework Packet buckets. You can also enroll online on the district website at www.mvesd16.org and clicking on the Parent Information Tab or by clicking HERE. \r\n
\r\nNext, return the packet along with a copy of the birth certificate, shot records, and proof of residency by:\r\n
\r\n- Scanning it in and emailing it to Jennifer Bruton at brutonj@mvdistrict.net\r\n
- Faxing it to Fort Mojave Elementary at 768-8075\r\n
- Mailing it to Fort Mojave Elementary, Attention Kinder Rally, 1760 E. Joy Lane, Fort Mojave, AZ 86426\r\n
- Dropping it off at any school site within the district or at the district office: \r\n Fort Mojave, Elementary: 1760 Joy Lane in Fort Mohave, 768-3986\r\n Camp Mohave Elementary, 1797 LaEntrada in Fort Mohave, 704-3600\r\n Mohave Valley Jr. High, 6565 Girard Ave. in Mohave Valley 768-9196\r\n School District Office, 8450 Olive Ave. in Mohave Valley, 768-2507\r\n NOTE: Call and let them know when you’ve dropped it off so they can bring it in. \r\n
