Sandy Phipps has been with the Mohave Valley Elementary School District for 25 years. During that time, she has taught kindergarten through fourth grade. Additionally, she served as a district instructional coach for three years. Originally from Minnesota, Mrs. Phipps attended college at St. Cloud State University. After moving to Arizona, she attended Northern Arizona University for her masters degree. She says her proudest moments with the district happen when her former elementary school students return to Mohave Valley as employees in the district.
