Several changes to the board meeting scheduled were made at the August Governing Board meeting. Those changes will be posted in the Event Calendar, but in summary:
- The September Board meeting will be cancelled, and instead the Board will participate in the County Arizona School Board Association meeting, to be held at the CRUHSD Field House on the same day. Required posting will be made, and no Mohave Valley specific business will be conducted.
- The district will hold a telephonic meeting to adopt the district's Annual Financial Report, scheduled for October 9 at 8am at the District Office, located at 8450 S. Olive Ave. Again, required posting will be made containing all of the details. It is anticipated that the agenda may also include awarding of procurement bids for maintenance supplies.
- The board will hold its regularly scheduled October meeting.
- The November and December meeting have been cancelled due to their proximity to Thanksgiving and Christmas. In their place, one combined meeting has been scheduled for December 10. Required posting will be made.
